Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Carriers

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cloudmora is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package appears lost, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
